2. Private Beta Terms

DevBoards.app is currently in private beta. By participating in the beta:

• You acknowledge that the service is in development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
• Features and functionality may change without notice
• Data loss may occur during the beta period
• We recommend regular backups of important project data

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use DevBoards.app for personal and commercial project management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Pricing and Payment

During the private beta period:

• Free Trial: 2 team members, 1 project board, 25MB storage
• Pro Plan: $20/month - Up to 25 team members, unlimited boards, 100GB storage
• Business Plan: $50/month - Unlimited team members, unlimited boards, 1TB storage

Pricing may change after the beta period with advance notice to users.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms related to our website and the use of this website.
